We usually keep our focus on small caps stocks. However, Snowflake soon to be IPO has caught our attention by having the backing of Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway. In fact, Berkshire has agreed to purchase about $670M worth of shares. This is definitely not a typical Buffett investment. A non-profitable technology company valuated at around 50x P/S. Even with an incredible rev growth clicking at 120%+ year over year, the valuation is too expensive. The margin of safety is not there. It is probably an investment made by Todd Combs or Ted Weschler.
